Are you an energetic and goal-oriented recruiter looking to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic team at Mayflower! In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from talent sourcing to successful placements.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates.
- Conduct screening and interviews with potential candidates, ensuring alignment with both cultural and professional requirements.
- Responsible management of the Huntflow database.
- Ensuring compliance with SLA and KPI requirements.
- Assisting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize your communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Tech/IT recruitment.
- Experience in closing back-office positions, including Legal, Finance, and HR.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience, from job briefing to accepted offer.
- Strong ability to build and maintain partnership relationships with hiring managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking expertise with a proven track record of successful international hires, including experience with relocation processes.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Russian.
As a plus:
- You know how to find the best candidates in Cyprus.
