About Team

We are building a complex, high-load system based on a microservice architecture, where every component plays a critical role. This is not a legacy support project — it's about continuous development of new modules and optimization of existing ones.

Our teams are small and focused — typically 4–6 engineers. Each team has its own area of responsibility and a unique set of challenges.

We work with a modern tech stack, including:

• Python (asyncio, FastAPI, Ariadne, etc.)

• Messaging and streaming: RabbitMQ, Kafka

• High-load scenarios and distributed computing

• Scalable and fault-tolerant infrastructure

• #NODJANGO :)

You’ll be involved in system architecture design, technology selection, and solving non-trivial engineering challenges. We value technical expertise, attention to detail, and the desire to make an impact on the product.

We’re looking for a strong Python engineer who:

• Has 5+ years of hands-on Python experience

• Knows how async really works — understands the event loop and avoids deadlocks

• Has used multithreading effectively and knows when it makes sense over coroutines

• Built and scaled high-load services that don’t break under pressure

• Works confidently with both relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

• Feels at home in Unix/Linux, and knows how to debug, trace, and optimize

• Thinks about reliability, scalability, and why that matters for real products
