About the Teams & Projects

At Betby, we follow a matrix structure:

– You’ll collaborate with specialized teams on long-term product areas

– And take ownership of cross-functional projects that address internal company needs

– Teams are small (typically 4–6 people), but projects vary in size and scope

What you’ll focus on first:

• Get familiar with the core directions of Betby’s operations
• Launch and successfully deliver several projects from scratch — Getting Things Done
• Bring a fresh perspective to how we manage projects and teams

What we expect from you, Must-have:

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a product-focused or tech company

• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience managing tasks from idea to production

• Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with tools like Jira and Confluence

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with tech teams — developers, QA, DevOps

• Confident facilitation of meetings, retrospectives, planning sessions, and problem-solving across teams

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher — you’ll work in a distributed, English-speaking team

• Domain expertise is a big plus — we highly value experience or a strong interest in the iGaming / betting industry

Nice-to-have:

• Experience launching projects from scratch

• Experience working in distributed international teams

• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices

• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, or similar — not required but a strong advantage

Responobilities

• Assist in organizing and conducting task planning for frontend, backend, and QA.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to groom tasks and report progress on epics/tasks.
• Monitor task implementation and execution from planning to production delivery.
• Organize cross-functional temporary working groups and conduct retrospectives.
• Work closely with team leaders to assess and plan task implementation.
• Assist in resource planning for sprints and medium-term projects.
• Aid in organizing and conducting releases in production.
• Identify and resolve problematic aspects across departments.

Technology Stack

• Proficiency in operational tools: Slack, Jira Cloud, various plugins, Capacity Tracker, Wiki.
• Basic knowledge of client-browser architecture for task creation/description.
• Familiarity with CI and basic GitLab operations is advantageous.
