Responsibilities:
- Actively seek and attract new institutional FX and liquidity clients;
- Concluding major deals and developing long-term partnerships;
- Representing the company at exhibitions, conferences and networking events;
- Analyzing the market, competitors and trends to find new opportunities;
- Preparing sales reports and planning growth strategy.
Requirements:
- Direct Forex sales experience of 5 years or more and a deep understanding of the market;
- Cold selling skills and high customer conversion rate;
- Strong network of institutional contacts;
- Experience in working with IB and building affiliate programs;
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
- Knowledge of CRM systems and analytical tools;
- Self-motivated, organized and results oriented.
