We are building a fintech company, IT Contact. Since 2019, we’ve been developing modern digital platforms that simplify processes, reduce costs, and increase the security of transactions related to home purchases. Thanks to our work, thousands of people around the world have been able to fulfill their dream of owning a home.

Our team has grown to over 500 people, and due to our rapid expansion, we are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join us.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;

  • Confident spoken and written English skills (B2–C2 level);

  • Experience in communication with clients and business partners;

  • Interest in working with international clients;

  • Responsible, communicative, well-organized, and able to manage workload;

  • Knowledge of Spanish (B1–C2 level) will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to clients and users working with our products;

  • Communicating via emails and phone calls;

  • Working with internal systems, entering data, and verifying documents;

  • Collaborating with other departments within the company;

  • Providing feedback on recurring issues to help improve internal processes.
