Responsibilities:

Create, configure, and optimize dashboards in Tableau Online for monitoring key business metrics -

Develop data visualizations tailored to business needs, including player segmentation, gaming performance analysis, and other analytics tasks.

Integrate data from corporate storage and external sources (MySQL, ClickHouse, Google Sheets, etc.).

Build complex calculations and custom metrics for iGaming analytics.

Test and implement improvements to enhance dashboard loading speed and usability.

Prepare reports for marketing, product, and finance departments.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Tableau Online and knowledge of best practices for dashboard creation.

Experience working with iGaming metrics (FTD, RTP, GGR, LTV, etc.).

Ability to work with SQL for querying data warehouses (MySQL, ClickHouse).

Strong skills in handling large data volumes and visualizing insights.

Portfolio of completed Tableau Online projects, including work related to iGaming or similar industries.

Analytical mindset and ability to propose business-oriented solutions.
Nice to have:

Experience with BI systems (Tableau Online) is mandatory.

Understanding of iGaming platforms like SOFTSWISS and others is a plus.
