Our ideal candidate has:

• 2+ years of experience designing and developing SAP applications using SAP BTP or predecessors.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management, and other integration capabilities.
• Experience with one of the following: SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Build Work Zone.
• Knowledge of BTP Identity Services, XSUAA, and platform authorizations.
• Expertise in integrating SAP and non-SAP solutions using protocols and approaches such as RESTful, OData, or Event-driven.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• English B2+.

Bonus points if you have:

• 5+ years total software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with various BTP Services, including but not limited to SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP AI Core, and SAP BAS.
• Knowledge of backend and frontend programming languages and runtimes, CAP model, microservice architecture, and SAP Cloud Foundry features & capabilities.

Your scope of work will include:

• Designing, developing, and deploying cloud enterprise solutions using a combination of SAP technologies and solutions in the Automation and Integration areas.
• Capturing requirements together with functional analysts and architects.
• Designing consumer-grade business applications together with developers.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP BTP features and services and participating in internal meetups and know-how sessions.
• Analyzing and resolving production problems, assessing and implementing alternatives.
• Working with multi-regional teams across different time zones.
