Headshotit is a recruitment agency specializing in connecting top-tier professionals with leading companies in high-risk sectors. We are currently seeking a Team Lead Recruitment to join a dynamic organization expanding its presence in Serbia.
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Recruitment to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, enhance team performance, and scale recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring the achievement of hiring targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various high-risk industries, including iGaming, betting, fintech and in industries like edtech, gamedev, IT, and others.
- Manage recruitment for a wide range of roles.
- Optimize sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives to engage and attract top industry professionals.
- Improve and refine recruitment workflows, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored hiring plans based on business needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide data-driven reports to senior management.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in talent acquisition and workforce development.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and stay connected with top talent.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead Recruitment or in a Senior Recruiter role with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record in hiring for various roles within high-risk industries, particularly iGaming, betting, fintech, and others.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools to streamline and enhance hiring processes.
