We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Recruitment to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, enhance team performance, and scale recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring the achievement of hiring targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various high-risk industries, including iGaming, betting, fintech and in industries like edtech, gamedev, IT, and others.
• Manage recruitment for a wide range of roles.
• Optimize sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives to engage and attract top industry professionals.
• Improve and refine recruitment workflows, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored hiring plans based on business needs.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide data-driven reports to senior management.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in talent acquisition and workforce development.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and stay connected with top talent.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead Recruitment or in a Senior Recruiter role with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record in hiring for various roles within high-risk industries, particularly iGaming, betting, fintech, and others.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
• Data-driven mindset
• Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools to streamline and enhance hiring processes.
