The Role

We are looking for a versatile and self-driven IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Engineer to design and deploy our internal and cloud infrastructure from the ground up. In this role, you will take full ownership of corporate systems—from AWS billing and CI/CD to Google Workspace and secure access management. You'll play a key part in shaping a secure, scalable, and efficient foundation for our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • AWS Infrastructure Setup: Configure AWS accounts, billing, budgets, alerts, and organizational structures.
  • Secrets & Access Management: Deploy and maintain HashiCorp Vault; implement IAM, SSO, and RBAC systems.
  • CI/CD Integration: Set up and manage pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI) for automated deployments.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Use Terraform (or similar tools) to build and maintain infrastructure reproducibly.
  • Cloudflare Management: Configure DNS, domain security, and Zero Trust access through Cloudflare.
  • Google Workspace Administration: Set up corporate emails, groups, domains, and ensure secure user access.
  • Telephony Setup: Configure a corporate phone number (via Twilio, eSIM, or VoIP) for OTP/SMS and identity verification.
  • User & License Management: Administer internal accounts, manage permissions, and streamline onboarding/offboarding.

About You

  • Full-Stack Infrastructure Mindset: You are comfortable switching between DevOps tasks, IT admin work, and security-related responsibilities.
  • Self-Starter: You're confident launching systems from scratch, structuring them securely and efficiently.
  • Cloud Expertise: Solid experience with AWS services (EC2, IAM, Billing, CloudWatch), and Terraform.
  • Security-Focused: Familiarity with secure credential storage (Vault), IAM best practices, and 2FA/OTP flows.
  • IT Admin Know-How: You’ve managed corporate tools like Google Workspace, domain settings, and virtual telephony.
  • Automation-Oriented: You streamline and automate wherever possible—especially in CI/CD and infrastructure management.
  • Clear Communicator: Fluent in Russian and capable in English, with solid written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Stack

  • Cloud: AWS (EC2, IAM, Billing, Budgets, CloudWatch)
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
  • Security Tools: HashiCorp Vault, Cloudflare Zero Trust, OTP/2FA
  • DevOps: GitHub Actions / GitLab CI, Docker
  • Corporate IT: Google Workspace, Twilio/Zadarma/eSIM, DNS & email setup

Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Work remotely from anywhere in the world. We value flexibility.
  • Work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where your ideas shape the infrastructure.
  • Upgraded equipment after probation.
  • Broad ownership and deep impact — build real systems, not just maintain them.
