Therefore, we are glad to announce that KPMG is looking for a Senior Manager to its Legal Consultancy team in Astana and Almaty.
As our Senior Manager, you will:
- Provision of legal advice to foreign and local pharmaceutical and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) group of clients on various legal issues, including but not limited to, regulatory permits and licensing requirements, marketing and promotion, corporate and labour;
- Legal assistance in M&A projects;
- Coordinate work on multiple client engagements;
- Business development;
- Review of legal advices, reports and other deliverables prepared by junior staff;
- Develop and train junior staff.
You’re the perfect match for this role if you have:
- At least 6 years of experience, preferably in legal consulting;
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
