Producer / Product Lead

We are looking for a Producer/Product Lead to take charge of the meta direction in Hero Wars Alliance. This role is for those who want to not just manage processes, but truly influence the product, make strategic decisions, and see tangible results from their work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define strategy and shape the development of meta-systems, leveraging your expertise, the team’s input, and C-Level vision. Balance creativity with business goals.
• Work with stakeholders, analyze data, and determine the future evolution of the game.
• Ensure timely feature releases — keeping processes fast and efficient while maintaining a healthy team dynamic.
• Own the results — drive key metrics growth, retention, and monetization.
• Collaborate with a team of 6 Product Owners, guiding them in decision-making and helping them develop their areas.

You’ll Succeed If You:

• Are an experienced Product Lead or Game Producer with a background in mobile gaming.
• Have a strong understanding of the full development cycle — from idea to release and LiveOps.
• Know how to manage multiple teams, coordinate complex processes, and strike a balance between strategy and operations.
• Have mid-core experience or strong expertise in LiveOps.
• Have worked on medium-sized products (teams of 20-30 people) and know how to lead them effectively.
