Consultant, GRCS&ORS (Governance, Risk and Compliance Services), Consulting

We're currently seeking an Consultant, GRCS&ORS (Governance, Risk and Compliance Services) to join our GRCS&ORS team in Astana, who is eager to expand their knowledge and expertise in the field. In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage your expertise to analyze public data, support client projects, and contribute to process improvements.

As our Consultant, GRCS&ORS you will:

• Perform, search and analyze data from public domain on companies and individuals, including their criminal background, associated litigation cases, and regulatory inquiries
• Prepare detailed reports with key findings and corporate insights
• Participate in consulting projects in the areas of internal audit, risk management, corporate governance, sustainability development and more
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the team and clients
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the group and ongoing projects

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading university in Kazakhstan or abroad;
• Have 2-3 years relevant experience in Big4 (preferably in audit);
• Have experience of project teams and engagements;
• Are native/fluent in Russian and advanced/fluent in English (both oral and written).
