Duties:

  • Plan and manage maintenance services from opportunity to order, ensuring the achievement of order, revenue, and gross profit targets;
  • Support the renewal and expansion of customer support service contracts (including spare parts services), and ensure timely revenue recognition and contractual delivery;
  • Coordinate with customers to align maintenance plans and manage projects, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant project execution;
  • Allocate qualified experts to customer projects and ensure high-quality service delivery;
  • Present service value to key customer stakeholders (e.g., O&M directors, CXOs), organize maintenance value presentations and return visits to enhance customer satisfaction and brand perception;
  • Manage and improve the capabilities of the project team, build a resourceful and reliable team for customer support;
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback (VOCs), handle complaints, and take actions to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Manage spare parts assets securely and compliantly, maintain accurate and complete installed base data, and support updates of spare parts planning;
  • Evaluate EOX spare parts supply risks and implement PCN strategies such as board substitutions.

Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in the communications industry, especially in delivering telecommunications projects;
  • Familiarity with mainstream telecommunications and electronic products;
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution;
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions under pressure;
  • Strong English skills (spoken and written); fluency in Russian and Uzbek is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other project tools;
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills;
  • Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Work Conditions:

  • Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
  • Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
  • Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7).
  • Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
