Pushwoosh is a leading omnichannel customer engagement platform that enables 250+ large businesses and 80K+ small businesses to send automated marketing communications across mobile and web. Our customers span industries and regions, with a strong presence in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and South Africa.
We are looking for a driven Product Marketing Manager to lead growth and adoption initiatives for our mature product. You will own cross-functional projects spanning onboarding, customer education, and in-product communication.
Key responsibilities:

Drive key product metrics:
1. Conversion to purchase;
2. Onboarding goal completion (=project configuration);
3. Product adoption (depth of usage and expansion to more features/channels, e.g., encouraging users to adopt in-app messages alongside push notifications; new features adoption); -
Lead strategic initiatives:
1. Onboarding: Improve the "Get started" experience within the product;
2. User education: Create and manage tutorial videos (produce simple screencasts in-house; outsource more complex storytelling and motion design);
3. Product-led content: Create and promote templates (e.g., in-app messages and emails) that attract organic traffic and boost adoption (proven impact!);
4. New positioning rollout: Contribute to landing page updates and ensure consistent messaging across all channels;
What we expect from you:

3 years of experience in B2B product marketing for martech/SaaS companies;

Proven ability to work with a cross-channel approach (web content, email, social media, in-product communication);

Strong analytical skills: Confident in choosing the right tools and metrics, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights (not just collecting data);

Excellent written and spoken English—you’ll be contributing to product messaging and user-facing content;

Self-motivation: You take initiative and don’t wait for micromanagement;
