The Marketing Manager position is open for a new Waldorf Astoria hotel in Minsk.

Waldorf Astoria - the first international luxury Hotel in Belarus, situated in a prime city center location in Minsk, near the main city attractions and benefiting from an extensive river frontage. Splendid combination of main historical and newfangled recreations area in neighborhood.

What will I be doing?

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the results of the marketing plan and activities used by the hotel to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to all relevant target markets and address hotel business needs.

Functions:

  • Develop, proactively manage and implement the annual Hotel marketing plan to include eCommerce, brand and loyalty marketing within budget guidelines
  • Drive brand awareness within B2B and B2C segments for hotel, in line with the commercial strategy and business focus
  • Manage the roll out of marketing initiatives to support the Commercial department, F&B outlets and SPA in meeting their revenue targets
  • Oversee the execution of all promotional activities, whether local, regional or global, across all available channels, ensuring brand adherence and effectiveness
  • Plan and execute press releases, press conferences, press briefings, press tours, and overall press relations
  • Support individual brand initiatives and ensure hotel brand campaigns are rolled out effectively and communicated using the right tone and voice for each segment
  • Responsible for building effective social media strategy for the hotel
  • Execute printing collateral in accordance with brand standards and Dpt’s requirements
  • Identify local and international partnership opportunities and oversee the on-going execution of revenue driving activities
