Our client is an international company (medical devices)

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders for instruments, equipment and implants in SAP;
  • Process orders for Rotating Kits capitalization in SAP-based tool;
  • Co-ordinate activities of all parties involved in instruments orders processing (warehouse, distributor, sales, product manager, supply chain);
  • Interact with marketing and sales teams on routine questions related to demand for instruments;
  • Work with planning&supply on safety stock level determination and maintenance;
  • Manage claim process related to instruments;
  • Interact with European teams to maintain awareness of the policies, procedures and best practices in instruments kits rotation field;
  • Be key-contact for IT team for instruments-related tools and systems improvement;
  • Implement respective internal policies and legal requirements;
  • Take key-role in stock-takes of instruments at the main WH and regional WHs;
  • Maintain reporting on Instruments rotation.
Requirements:
  • Higher education;
  • Professional experience in supply chain functions;
  • Clear understanding of supply chain key-processes;
  • SAP experience;
  • Advanced MS Excel skills;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum Upper-Intermediate level);
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
