Role Description

This is a full time remote role for a Business Development Manager at Hantix. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contracts. They will also analyze market trends, create strategies to drive growth, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets

Requirement

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or a related rol
  • Experience in selling consulting solution
  • Experience working as an account manager and conducting successful upsells to existing client
  • Strong understanding of recruitment agency operation
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skill
  • Proven ability to close deal
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics, analytics, and reportin
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
  • Fluency in Russian/Ukrainian is require
  • English — B1/B2 level, with a desire to improve.
