Sales Analyst

About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA. We are seeking for a Sales Analyst.

Key Requirements for Sales Analyst:
Education:
- Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred).
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications in data analysis or sales analytics (preferred).

Experience:
- 2-3 years in Sales/Business/Data Analysis or a similar role.
- Familiarity with sales cycles and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills:
- Excel: Proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros, and data modeling.
- Power BI: Experience with dashboards, Power Query, DAX, and large dataset analysis.
- CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data integration.
- Bonus: Knowledge of SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, or other analytics tools.

Analytical Skills:
- Expertise in sales forecasting, performance monitoring, and market trend analysis.
- Ability to define KPIs and derive actionable insights from data.

Reporting & Communication:
- Strong reporting skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in creating detailed sales reports and delivering strategic recommendations.

Attention to Detail:
- High accuracy in data collection, analysis, and report generation.
- Ability to spot trends and anomalies for sound decision-making.

Sales Knowledge:
- Understanding of sales metrics, strategy alignment, and contributing to strategic planning.

Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with sales and management teams.
