Purchasing Executive Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Order management: according to business needs, timely and accurately issue purchase orders, and follow up the production, delivery, change, overdue processing and other daily management of orders to ensure that suppliers deliver goods on time and ensure the continuity and effectiveness of orders;
2. Delivery exception handling: according to the delivery time requirements, organize and deal with delivery exceptions in a timely manner; Ensure on-time and on-volume deliveries;
3. Reconciliation payment: according to the reconciliation payment requirements, ensure that the reconciliation is timely, the reconciliation information is accurate, and the payment is requested on time to ensure that the payment is timely and accurate;
4. Supplier management: formulate relevant assessment indicators for supplier delivery, regularly evaluate the delivery performance of suppliers, promote the improvement of substandard items, and ensure the continuous improvement of suppliers' supply capacity; Through supplier audit/annual audit/audit, understand the management level of suppliers and select suppliers that meet the standards.

Requirements:

1. English can be used as the office language.
2. Engaged in procurement work for 1 year.
3. Bachelor degree or above, major in management, statistics, accounting, economics, supply chain, mathematics, etc.
4. Responsible, strong execution, sensitive to data, good communication and sensitive to data time.
5. Have good professional ethics, steady, careful, and have a strong sense of confidentiality.

Conditions:
