Duties:

  • Analyze and optimize the company’s internal IT systems, design effective solutions, and manage their implementation;
  • Lead IT system implementation projects: gather additional requirements, drive system functionality enhancements and scalability;
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (sales, service, solutions, etc.) to improve key business indicators and operational efficiency;
  • Coordinate IT-related collaboration with external vendors and customers;
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards using BI tools to support data-driven decision-making;

Professional requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis within the IT field;

  • Proficient in business analysis methodologies and tools such as BPMN, UML, user stories, and use cases;

  • Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek is required. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage but not mandatory;

  • Understanding of software project management principles;
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Excellent analytical thinking, business orientation, and strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Work Conditions:

  • Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
  • Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
  • Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
  • Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
