For working on BP Mobile projects, we're looking for a Creative Producer. This role offers the chance to explore a variety of products, gain hands-on experience, and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of competitors
- Identify and track emerging trends, adapt them to our niche, and conduct experiments to validate their effectiveness
- Ensure the successful testing of advertising creatives
- Effectively manage and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion
- Develop and refine creative concepts based on insights gained
- Analyze the results of advertising campaigns (identifying weaknesses, key mechanics, frames, studying funnels, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly
- Seek and implement solutions to enhance team collaboration and efficiency
What you should have:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- Strong creative vision with the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Systematic approach to work
- Sound knowledge of key marketing metrics with the ability to leverage them effectively
- Awareness of current industry trends and a keen eye for spotting them
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with the UA, Motion, and Design teams
