We are looking for a proactive and data-driven CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing customer communication strategies to drive engagement, retention, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize communication channels (email, SMS) to ensure effective CRM campaign delivery

  • Develop and execute A/B tests to improve messaging and increase conversion rates

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM initiatives

  • Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities and improve customer engagement

  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, retention metrics, and other key data

  • Participate in team planning and contribute to CRM strategy development

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure a consistent customer communication approach

  • Design and implement CRM campaigns focused on customer retention and loyalty

  • Manually configure marketing communications via Customer.io and other platforms

  • Create and integrate email campaigns and other marketing communications across channels

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles

  • Proven experience working with Customer.io is required

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, segmentation, and campaign performance metrics

  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and marketing automation

  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention strategies

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
