The Position
As a Commercial Excellence & Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in driving
commercial projects across Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, and Tajikistan, ensuring a higher footprint of Roche medicines and contributing to the development of healthcare ecosystems.
The role will also involve engaging in operational discussions with distributors and conducting in-depth calculations to support business development., ensuring alignment with Roche’s strategic objectives. Reporting to the Central Asia Development Lead, you will support and manage initiatives that enhance Roche’s market presence while contributing to value-based healthcare models. Your role will require strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and project execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Project Management: Support the Central Asia Development Lead in managing and executing commercial projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance with Roche’s strategic goals. Develop project timelines, maintain comprehensive documentation, and establish an organized archive for easy access.
- Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC) & Pricing: Assist in preparing and submitting VBHC models and pricing proposals for Roche products. Monitor market trends, stay updated on pricing legislation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Business Presentations: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop impactful business presentations that communicate strategic goals, market opportunities, and project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitate regular updates, and ensure transparency on project progress.
- Sales & Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth sales and market analysis to track trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights for commercial strategies. This includes performing financial calculations, pricing analysis, and operational engagement with distributors to optimize business development efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, regulatory, and medical teams to ensure a cohesive approach to commercial projects. Foster alignment between departments to drive efficiency and innovation.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, particularly in commercial project management, is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in distributor management, financial modeling, or business analytics.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Familiarity with healthcare ecosystem development and market expansion strategies.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of the markets in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, and Tajikistan is highly preferable
