We are looking for an individual who loves interacting with people and is willing to learn a new specialty of Business Development Representative (Junior), with the goal of further identifying and developing interest in a1qa services.

Our BDR is an action-oriented individual who confidently generates qualified prospects through email, phone, and social networks.

What you’ll do:

- Reach out to targets via email, phone calls, social networks

- Assess prospects’ needs and develop an understanding of their business challenges

- Participate in presenting the company to potential clients

- Create and build a lasting bond of trust with prospects

- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

- Use CRM software

- Interact with a sales team

- Report to your Team Lead on the results.

Requirements:

- English level B2+ (spoken and written)

- Strong desire to learn IT industry, gain and actively apply marketing skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability and willingness to learn new concepts quickly

- Organized and detail-oriented approach to workflow.

- Familiarity with MS Excel

- Experience in communication (calls/email, etc.)
