CV maker / Career Consultant Assistant

Transparent Hiring is an international company helping IT specialists from Russia and Eastern Europe find jobs and relocate to Germany and Austria. Now we're looking for a teammate to join us in this mission and help our clients with their job search: finding the right vacancies, applying to companies, and supporting candidates all the way to their dream job abroad.

Responsibilities

• Attend career consultations in English and Russian (online) to observe and take structured notes on the client’s professional background and goals

• Create clear, professional, and attractive CVs tailored to the German job market from scratch or by improving existing ones

• Build and optimize LinkedIn and Xing profiles that align with the client’s target roles

• Ensure consistency in tone, formatting, and structure using Google Docs and Canva

• Adapt CVs and profiles for different industries or roles based on the client’s career development strategy

• Collaborate with the internal team to refine templates and writing guidelines

Requirements

• Experience in HR, recruiting, client support, or career consulting

• Native Russian and confident English (B2–C1 level)

• Excellent writing skills

• Basic understanding of the IT job market (e.g., you know Java is not JavaScript )

• Strong research skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working with Google Docs, Canva, AI Tools
