Procurement Department Intern

We invite candidates for paid internship in the Procurement department to get experience in building big brands with Kazakhstani consumer.

Responsibilities:

• Requesting documents and verifying the correctness of the submission of documents from suppliers
• Assistance in finding new suppliers and products
• Obtaining the necessary approvals for documents
• Work with claims and documentations
• Supporting the procurement team in daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Graduates (preferable majors: Restaurant and Hospitality Business, Food Science, Food Technology, Logistics, Economy)
• English level – Intermediate (B1)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and process information, attention to details
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
