Hello!
We are currently looking for an experienced Fraud Prevention Process Owner to join a fast-paced, innovative, and customer-focused international team.

Key Responsibilities:
Fraud Policy Development

  • Design and implement robust fraud prevention strategies for mobile and card transactions
  • Develop dynamic fraud management solutions that minimize customer disruption
  • Stay up to date with evolving fraud trends, technologies, and industry best practices

Customer-Centric Fraud Management

  • Collaborate with customer experience teams to align policies with user expectations
  • Ensure fraud detection tools maintain a balance between security and usability
  • Resolve complex fraud-related customer complaints with professionalism and care

Fraud Monitoring & Analysis

  • Monitor fraud trends and proactively adapt policies
  • Use data analytics to identify and address emerging risks
  • Define and track key metrics to measure effectiveness

Policy Implementation & Delivery

  • Lead the implementation of fraud prevention strategies across systems and teams
  • Work closely with tech, operations, and customer support teams
  • Ensure seamless integration of fraud controls into products and processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment
  • Engage with product teams to embed fraud prevention in the early development stages
  • Represent the company in external forums and industry groups to drive innovation

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or related roles within a retail bank or fintech environment
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing customer-friendly fraud policies
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Working knowledge of card transaction processes and application security
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
