Main responsibilities:
- Be responsible for procurement strategy formulation and implementation;
- Supplier selection and qualification: need strong capability to make market analysis and research, organize the qualification;
- Procurement business and cost baselines: set, maintain and optimize procurement business and cost baselines. Optimize procurement business processes and operations;
- Supplier resource safeguards: effectively manage supplier resources, coordinate them to find best solution for project delivery;
- Routine supplier management: participate in routine management of admin suppliers, organize performance appraisals, check the KPI, agreement signing, communication, organize meetings and trainings;
- Meeting organization with the Head Quarter and regional office, strong communication internally with other departments;
Position requirements:
- Procurement business: have a deep understanding of local law, finance, tax, trade knowledge related to admin procurement;
- Deep understanding and knowledge about local market, supplier’s capability, strong risk management ability;
- Ability to identify risks of project in advance, coordinate resources, operations and help team to achieve the target;
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve the goal and avoid risks;
- 1-3 years work experience in the international company;
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Chinese is welcome)
