Senior Marketing Manager (B2C)

We are looking for a creative Russian speaking Online Marketing Manager, with experience in online marketing to join our marketing team and promote our services online with various methods. This is a full-time, full-remote position.

Our headquarters are in Bavaria, Germany, our team is distributed from Portugal to Kazakhstan. We operate 100% remotely and accept candidates from anywhere, given that your working hours sufficiently overlap with ours.

Responsibilities:

• Design and improve our online marketing funnels (customer journey) to generate leads and subscribers.
• Track performance and build reports for our funnels with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other tools.
• Create and optimize landing and product pages, forms, and email templates to improve conversion.
• Increase organic traffic on our website via SEO optimization.
• Explore and implement efficient ways to generate leads, for example:
  • Email marketing campaigns for our subscribers,
  • Google and Yandex ad campaigns,
  • Targeted advertising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,
  • Influencer marketing,
  • Webinars,
  • Any other online marketing ideas that you convince us of.

Requirements:

• Fluent English OR German (B2 level)
• Fluent in Russian
• Experience in B2C online marketing
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or similar tools
• Knowledge of and experience with website SEO optimization
• High literacy and well-developed copywriting skills
• Real-world experience with either Google/Yandex ads OR Facebook/Instagram targeting. Ability to set up and manage ad campaigns, test hypotheses, improve conversion and CPC
• Ability to work on a large number of diverse tasks, self-organization skills
• Self-motivated, quick learner

Nice to have:

• Experience designing and implementing email marketing campaigns is a plus
• Experience with publishing content via CMS like WordPress is a plus
• Experience with organizing webinars is a plus
