Инженер технического офиса / Специалист по управлению проектами
(в международную компанию)

Обязанности:

  • Подготовка смет, бюджетов, графиков, анализ рыночных цен.
  • Ведение баз данных, отслеживание показателей проекта, составление отчетов.
  • Анализ отклонений, поддержка изменений в проекте.
  • Проверка проектной документации (чертежей, заявок, спецификаций).
  • Участие в тендерах, закупках, выборе подрядчиков.
  • Ведение проектной документации и финансовых моделей.

Требования:

  • Высшее образование (строительство, инженерия, управление проектами).
  • 5–9 лет опыта в планировании, сметах, контроле затрат.
  • Знание строительных процессов, контрактов (CSI, FIDIC), документации.
  • Владение Excel, Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Aconex.
  • Уверенное владение английским и русским языком.
  • Готовность к командировкам.

Желательные сертификаты: PMP, CAPM, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, членство в RICS/AIQS.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and conduct market price research.
  • Maintain databases for budget and schedule calculations, track project performance metrics, and generate reports.
  • Analyze variations, assess cost and schedule impacts, and support change management.
  • Review shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and as-built documentation for compliance.
  • Assist in tendering, procurement, trade package preparation, and contractor selection.
  • Manage project documentation and financial models for business expansion.
Technical Competencies:
  • Expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and construction scheduling (CPM).
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of tendering, procurement, claims preparation, and cost benchmarking.
  • Experience with document control systems, BIM, and digital twin technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5-9 years of experience in project controls, planning, cost management, or technical office work (preferably in residential/commercial construction).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project workflows, procurement, cost control, planning, and technical documentation.
Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel, cost and schedule metrics, and market price research.
  • Effective communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and adapt to AI-assisted tools.
Professional Requirements:
  • Knowledge of construction standards (CSI, FIDIC, local codes).
  • Fluent in English and Russian (written & verbal).
  • Experience in technical office operations for medium to large-scale projects.
  • Willingness to travel for short-term business trips.
Technical Tools:
  • Planning & Scheduling: Primavera P6, MS Project.
  • Cost Analysis & Reporting: Advanced Excel.
  • Design & Documentation: AutoCAD, Revit, Aconex.
Preferred Certifications:
