Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information, informing conclusions, and supporting decision-making;
  • Developing KPIs and metrics that measure business performance;
  • Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide clear visibility into business performance;
  • Assessing, making a choice, and using suitable BI platforms and tools;
  • Ensuring data governance, data quality, and compliance with industry regulations;
  • Keeping correct and up-to-date customers/POS information in CRM (SalesForce), incl. distribution, visits tracking and etc., developing the required CRM reports, assisting Retail sales team;
  • Consolidating and providing APO forecast for Retail channels (Showroom, DIY, E-comm);
  • Coordinating document flow between retail customers and the company, filling in the customer documents with commercial information, based on sales team inputs (contracts, agreements and other customer documents);
  • Maintaining, collecting, analyzing data and creating reports for sell out, managing relationship with service providers;
  • Planning, execution, and delivery of BI projects.
Preferred candidate profile:
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree;
  • Minimum 3 years working experience on the similar positions (preferably international companies);
  • Extensive amount of knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Hands-on knowledge of database and BI tools, good understanding of coding languages;
  • CRM working experience (preferable);
  • Prior experience in data preparation and visualization;
  • Aptitude for descriptive analytics;
  • Statistical analysis know-how;
  • Deep knowledge (writing, speaking, understanding) of English and Russian languages;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work with several tasks simultaneously;
  • Strong team player;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environment, embrace changes, and effectively adopt and apply new concepts, methods, and technologies.
