Recruiter (Non-Technical)

You+Baby Studio is growing fast across the MENA region — and we’re looking for a sharp recruiter with strong headhunting skills to find and attract top talent quickly and effectively.

This is not your average recruiting role. We're looking for someone who thrives on proactively finding top talent—not just waiting for applicants. If you love the hunt, enjoy building relationships, and have a knack for spotting the right people before they even start looking, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do:

• Actively source and headhunt candidates for creative and customer-facing roles

• Write and post job ads when needed

• Screen CVs, run initial interviews, and assess fit

• Coordinate interviews, trials, and feedback with hiring managers

• Support onboarding and help new hires settle in

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, with proven headhunting ability

• Strong English communication skills

• Fast, organized, people-focused, and goal-driven

• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-growing environment
