Mira Search, a dedicated HR agency based in Dubai, is hiring on behalf of our client — an international IT holding company. The company specializes in the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, B2B solutions, and innovative products for the iGaming industry. With a strong global presence and bold expansion plans, the company is now looking to scale its operations in new geographies.

We are seeking a senior strategic leader to build and scale business operations in LATAM or India. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong business acumen with hands-on operational skills and deep analytical thinking. You’ll be responsible for launching the region from scratch, growing cross-functional teams, and driving key business and product metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of regional launch and operational strategy.

  • Build and manage two core teams: Sales and Support (10–15 people each).

  • Develop and optimize business processes from the ground up.

  • Drive B2C growth through traffic and revenue metrics.

  • Handle local business development, including upselling and incoming requests.

  • Align cross-functional execution with company-wide strategic goals.

  • Manage P&L for the region and report directly to Head of Country Manager and C-level.

  • Integrate local payment systems and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee project management and coordination across departments.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Russian is mandatory.

  • Proven leadership experience in senior roles (Product Owner, Head of..., C-level) over the last 2 years.

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking — ability to operate with facts and numbers, not assumptions.

  • Hands-on experience in launching and scaling operations (LATAM or India).

  • Deep understanding of B2C business models, traffic, and monetization mechanics.

  • Excellent communication skills — ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Strategic mindset combined with a “do-it-yourself” execution style.

  • Experience in iGaming or Gaming is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of local compliance, payment systems, and regional specifics (LATAM or India).

  • Experience launching your own casino or similar product is a big advantage.
