Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 11×11, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of mobile traffic acquisition: launching, analyzing performance, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across channels such as Applovin, ironSource, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and VK.

  • Achieve set KPIs.

  • Collaborate with the creative production team.

  • Conduct experiments and test hypotheses.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in marketing and UA, applying current best practices to improve the efficiency of traffic acquisition.

What we are looking for:

  • Understanding of key metrics: ROI, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, Conversion Rate, Retention.

  • Experience in traffic acquisition through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok.

  • Experience working with Appsflyer and Firebase.

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.

  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

  • Proactive and initiative-driven mindset.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience working with internal BI systems.

  • Experience in traffic acquisition through channels such as Applovin, ironSource, and VK.
