Job purpose:
Manage and deliver ongoing legal consulting projects for external clients from various industries, active participation in business development; manage and coordinate team of consultants
Role and responsibilities:

Building new and develop existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business;

Providing legal advice to clients in different areas

Participation in projects with other departments/service lines (e.g. Tax, Consulting, Assurance) and coordination of different teams

Train staff, review and evaluate their work

Manage multiple clients, budgets and production goals.
Knowledge and skills required:
-
University degree (Legal); LLM degree (UK or US) is advantage
-
Minimum 5 years of experience as a lawyer, including industrial legal practice (corporate, M&A and general commercial practices) preferable in MNCs;

Experience in international law firms/ Big 4 is advantage

Evidence of ability to see and take advantage of opportunities, as well as win work

Good knowledge of English (written and oral) and fluency in local language

Proficiency in IT literacy
