An international IT company, a leader in the field of technologies for the hotel and restaurant business, invites the Reception Desk Specialist IT Company (Work schedule 5/7 from 09.00 to 18.00)
Responsibilities:
Receiving and distributing incoming calls,
Coordination of incoming/outgoing correspondence,
Travel coordination,
Office goods purchasing/stationaries, refreshments
Other responsibilities related to the functioning of the Administrative Department.
Requirements:
English knowledge (Intermediate and higher),
Work experience on Reception Desk is a huge advantage,
Knowledge of PC and office software,
Sociability, responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance,
Patience, kindness, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Work experience of at least 1 year, preferably in Hotels, Administration departments, Reception Desk
