We’re hiring a Logistics Sales Manager for an international logistics company!

Your key responsibilities:

Attract and onboard new clients across all logistics verticals

Analyze client needs and assess cargo potential

Prepare and deliver tailored commercial proposals

Lead negotiations and close contracts

Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and tenders

Maintain client data in the CRM and report on performance
What we’re looking for:

3–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding

Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above)

Confident user of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proactive mindset with a focus on results

Knowledge of multimodal transportation is a plus
