We’re hiring a Logistics Sales Manager for an international logistics company!

If you understand the logistics and freight forwarding market and know how to offer not just services, but real solutions — this could be your next career move.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Attract and onboard new clients across all logistics verticals

  • Analyze client needs and assess cargo potential

  • Prepare and deliver tailored commercial proposals

  • Lead negotiations and close contracts

  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and tenders

  • Maintain client data in the CRM and report on performance

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding

  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above)

  • Confident user of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on results

  • Knowledge of multimodal transportation is a plus
