Lawyer

JettyCloud is an IT company in Georgia, building high-load cloud solutions for business communications.

We develop for RingCentral.com, a UCaaS platform trusted by over 1 million businesses worldwide.

We are currently looking for a Lawyer to provide legal support to the company on civil, labor, migration, and administrative law matters, including contract work and interaction with government authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Legal support of the company on matters of civil, labor, migration, and administrative law of Georgia.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (including construction contracts, supply agreements, lease agreements, etc.).
• Document management and interaction with governmental authorities.
• Consulting on labor and migration law issues.
• Representation of the company’s interests in courts and administrative authorities.

Requirements:

• Law degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in civil and labor law.
• Solid knowledge of Georgian legislation in the fields of civil, labor, migration, and administrative law.
• Fluent in Georgian, Russian, and English (both spoken and written).
• Strong legal drafting skills, analytical thinking, and attention to details.
• Proficiency in 1C software.
