We are looking for a highly organized and proactive PM Assistant to support our project managers in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining effective communication across teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic PM knowledge or assistant experience to grow in an international tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in daily coordination and task follow-ups
- Help organize and manage project managers' calendars and priorities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) for IT product teams
- Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders
- Track timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
- Completed PM courses or experience as a Project / Team Assistant
- English level B2+ (spoken and written) is a must
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-organized and able to keep others organized
- Basic understanding of Scrum or Agile methodologies
- Fast learner
- Able to process large information flows
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
- Experience using AI tools
- Background in IT or software development projects
