KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the European Sales Manager in supervising and co-ordinating all aspects of group tour arrangements in all European destinations with the support of our destination offices.
- Follow-up the tours in the system and ensure each confirmed group is invoiced and paid by the client.
- Liaise with Operation Offices and other internal departments to ensure that requested services are booked and confirmed within the required deadlines when a group is materialized
- Make necessary amendments to itineraries and rooming-list, control changes and cancellations for smooth running of operations
- Communicate with the clients – travel agents and corporate clients
- Prepare all necessary documentation for client and ensure they receive this in good time before the departure of a group
TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Degree preferably in Tourism and Travel Business
- Fluent English
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Travel Business
- Good technical skills in Microsoft Office and booking systems
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with our destination offices
- Ability to work under a lot of pressure from the clients
