ForEVo is a fast-growing EVI startup building a network of electric vehicle charging stations across the UAE. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to sustainable transport by making EV charging fast, accessible, and seamless. forEVo originated in Belarus and is part of the A‑100 Group of Companies, a diversified conglomerate engaged in petroleum, construction, real estate, retail, fast-food services, and electric vehicle charging solutions.

We are currently expanding our presence, integrating advanced payment systems, and building partnerships with fleet operators, real estate developers, and government entities. To succeed on this path, we are looking for a professional and charismatic Sales Manager to help drive our growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with owners of strategic locations for EV charging stations.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and facility managers.
  3. Present proposals and negotiate site agreements.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams for site assessments and installation planning.
  5. Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress in CRM.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in sales and cold calling
  2. Confident communicator, comfortable making script-based calls to property owners and decision-makers
  3. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  4. Basic knowledge of commercial property is a plus
  5. Self-motivated, well-organized, and goal-oriented
  6. Familiar with CRM tools for tracking leads and follow-ups
  7. Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
  8. Residing in Dubai
