Assistant to Project Manager (часы работы 19:00 по 03:00 по Ташкенту)

About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA.

We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to the Project Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated young professional with a background in business, HR, or project coordination who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.

• Conduct initial applicant screening and coordinate interview schedules with shortlisted candidates;

• Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and onboarding programs;

• Manage and regularly update the lead database, ensuring accurate tracking of agent activities and performance;

• Listen to and assess call recordings, categorizing them based on predefined quality standards;

• Provide basic technical support and escalate issues when necessary.

• Experience in Recruitment Support – Strong ability to screen candidates and handle interview coordination;

• Organizational Skills – Experience in assisting with training materials and onboarding;

• Data Management – Confident in updating, sorting, and tracking data accurately;

• Analytical Listening – Skilled in analyzing call recordings and consolidating performance insights;

• Technical Support – Basic troubleshooting and escalation of technical issues;

• English Proficiency – Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level).

Education & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field;

• Experience: 1–2 years in administrative roles, project coordination, recruitment support, or sales operations.

• Office in Tashkent;
