Responsibilities
- Researching, analysing and interpreting changing tax legislation in Cyprus and overseas (Eupore, Asia, Africa, etc.).
- Carrying out detailed computations to calculate tax liability on deals and advising on this issue. Creating tax strategies.
- Providing advice and guidance on taxation issues, producing reports and presentations for management.
- Ensuring the company performance is tax-compliant.
- Dealing with tax authorities, auditors and external providers on tax issues.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, accounting, finance or economics.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience with international tax issues (at least 1.5 year experience in past 5 years).
- Work experience in a related field.
- Outstanding knowledge of international tax legislation (corporate tax, VAT, property tax).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Russian.
- Analytical mind, attention to details.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
