Responsibilities:

Define and implement the affiliate marketing strategy across multiple brands and markets;

Lead and grow a team of Affiliate Managers: hire, mentor, motivate and set KPIs;

Drive acquisition by recruiting top-tier affiliates and negotiating high-value deals;

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key partners;
-
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize towards ROI and growth;
-
Coordinate with product, BI, compliance, and legal teams to ensure smooth operations;
-
Keep up with trends, competitors, tools, and affiliate tech to keep us ahead of the curve;
-
Set and manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for affiliate performance;
-
Represent the company at international conferences and industry events.
Requirements:
-
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing in iGaming;
-
Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and managing teams;

Deep knowledge of affiliate marketing models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, etc.);

Strong network of affiliates in Tier-1 markets;
-
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills;
-
Confident negotiator and relationship builder;
-
Comfortable working with data and analytics tools;
-
Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);

Strong leadership and communication skills;
-
Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
