This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the CEO of a leading international company, gaining firsthand exposure to executive operations and strategic decision-making.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join KPMG Caucasus and Central Asia, providing essential support to our Managing Partner & CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations, meetings, and business engagements.

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and key events, as well as preparing meeting agendas and PowerPoint slides.
  • Arrange business trips, including travel bookings (tickets, visas, transport, accommodation), and prepare expense reports.
  • Handle internal approvals, sign-off procedures, and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
  • Organize CEO’s Office activities, including events, conferences, and corporate initiatives.
  • Assist in tracking key tasks and deadlines, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared and informed for all commitments.

You're the perfect match for this role, if you have:

  • Higher education degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
  • Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • A high sense of responsibility, discretion, and confidentiality, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
