Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding Specialist (Рекрутер/Специалист по Бренду Работодателя)
LPP CA company is looking for the TA/EB Specialist.
LPP is a major European company operating in the retail sector.
Talent Acquisition (TA) duties:

Responsibility for the full cycle of the recruitment and selection for managerial, functional and office positions; support provided for new store openings;

Meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates, in the following order of priority: office employees, new Sinsay store openings and current stores needs;

Source candidates using a variety of search methods and recommend new recruitment channels;

Update recruitment procedures and tailor recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs;

Send official job offers to candidates, negotiating and explaining employment terms;

Ensure all screening, selection and hiring processes comply with employment laws, regulations and brand standards;

Maintane and update the internal career portal;

Support various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, or talent management strategies;

Provide orientation/induction sessions to employees to familiarise new hires with the company policies, procedures, and culture. Employer Branding (EB) duties:

Analize the effectiveness of EB initiatives to determine which are most effective for the region;

Collaborate with an international team of EB specialists to implement consistent EB identity;

Manage company social media channels to showcase the daily company life and employee experiences;

Maintain employer profiles on all job board used by the company;

Coordinate the preparation of recruitment materials (posters, employee photos, marketing gadgets, flyers, banners, etc.) – with support from graphic designers and marketing specialists;

Research opportunities to promote LPP as an employer at schools, universities and other relevant institution;
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in EB and human resources with the focus on recruitment;
- Good command of English, Russian and Uzbek (both written and spoken) along with an excellent communication skills;
- Strong proficiency in MS Office;
- Responsible and flexible approach, with a positive attitude.
- Official employment, flexible start to the workday (8:00, 9:00, or 10:00 AM)
