Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to the CEO to support daily executive operations. This is a dynamic role requiring strong communication, coordination, and trilingual fluency in English, Russian, and Qazaq. The CEO speaks only English, and a significant part of this role involves translating, interpreting, and facilitating communication between the CEO and regional partners, staff, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

  • Translate and interpret meetings, documents, and communications (Qazaq ↔ Russian ↔ English)

  • Organize schedules, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings across time zones

  • Draft, edit, and translate reports, emails, presentations, and official communications

  • Accompany CEO in meetings and events (remote and in-person)

  • Perform general administrative tasks and handle confidential information with discretion

  • Assist with research, reporting, and follow-ups on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, Russian, and Qazaq (written and spoken) is mandatory

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership or executives (preferred)

  • High level of professionalism and cultural sensitivity

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
