Call Center Agent (Night Shifts)
Responsibilities
- Receive calls and process incoming online requests from customers.
- Conduct a dialogue with customers in accordance with the Standards of Dialogue and Sales Rules.
- Provide all necessary information to clients about the company's tariffs, services, procedures and promotions (according to the current information on the company's website).
- To sell the company's services (diagnostics, estimates).
- To process requests from clients for the company's services.
- Enter information about each new customer into the company's CRM system and manage the current list of customers in CRM.
- Work with customer complaints and suggestions, and pass them on to relevant colleagues.
- Receive calls from technicians, carry out their orders and wishes.
- Call technicians, give instructions and suggestions.
Requirements
- English from B2
- Experience in customer service or sales will be an advantage
- Work experience in a call center will be an advantage.
- The ability to solve problems and find an approach to clients.
- Ability to work effectively in multitasking mode.
- Customer orientation, kindness and patience.
Conditions
- Remote position
- The salary during the probation period will be starting from $1000. Any potential increase can be discussed afterward
- Working hours from 4 pm till 12 am (New York time)
