We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll build compelling email templates, launch multi-channel campaigns, and develop triggered flows that boost user engagement and retention at every stage of the user lifecycle. Your main metrics will include open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, user retention, and unsubscribe rate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build emails using HTML/CSS
- Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app messages)
- Conceptualize, set up, and maintain automated communication flows
- Segment users to identify and target the right audience
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Run A/B tests and optimize campaign performance
- Analyze campaign data and implement improvement initiatives
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of experience in CRM roles
- Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Customer.io)
- Strong technical skills, including HTML/CSS and A/B testing
- Experience in audience segmentation
- Good communication skills in English (B2 level)
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Experience with stories channel in the app (e.g., InAppStory tool)
- Familiarity with HubSpot
