Обязанности
- Develop and implement effective retention strategies for branded drivers across all active countries, as well as active work with existing bases
- Develop a set of metrics for tracking and improving LTV of branded drivers
- Extensive engagement with regional branding teams
- Collaboration with other departments. Work closely with Security, Support and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Seek new ideas and solutions to enhance customer retention
Требования
- Bachelors degree or above
- 3 years (or above) work experience in preferably multinational companies
- Strong analytical skills, able to lead and manage projects with a keen ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, basic experience with SQL, Python, Tableau
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level) to effectively communicate in an international work environment
- High level of autonomy, able to work in a fast paced environment
